What each connector does.
One address for all the connectors. The access level of the agent controls each tool.

- In Connectors, add a custom connector with this address.
- Sign in with your Gateway e-mail.
- Select the organization and the access level.
Connector address

Reads the customer's SAP system: code, dictionary, tables, runtime errors, jobs, system log and transports.
- Who connects
- Each analyst connects with their own SAP user. The Basement Gateway app on the analyst's computer uses the customer's VPN.
Your computer seals the SAP password. The Gateway cannot open it.

The Atlassian server supplies the tools. The agent gets the list after the connection.

GLPI
The tickets, the knowledge base and the users of your GLPI.

- An admin enters the GLPI address one time. Then each member connects their own account.
