Only the SAP connector needs the app. The app uses the VPN of your computer to connect the Gateway to SAP.

After the installation

  1. Open the app and sign in with your Gateway e-mail.
  2. Connect the customer's VPN.
  3. Create the connection with your own SAP user.
  4. In Claude, add the Gateway connector.

What the app does

  • It sends reads only to the systems that you confirmed.
  • It seals your SAP user and password. The Gateway cannot open them.
  • It shows the status of the VPN and of each system.
  • It does not write to SAP.
